Water on the track, thunder storms,lightning, that does not stop an SCCA race. Just look at the quantity of water rolling out from under and off this #07 car as it leads the 24 lap race at Blackhawk Farms Raceway in April 2009

At this season opening race at Blackhawk Farms Raceway in April 2009; Ron takes a victory lap after winning overall in his SCCA group. A closely contested 24 lap event that began and finished in a steady rain.

Road America on May 30th, 2009, Ron was fastest qualifer overall in his group. This put him on the pole for the start of his main event. Ron fisnished 1st place in his class of cars in this event.

The top three finishing cars in each class are required to go to the impound area; where each car is again inspected for safety features, plus body and weight rules. This is a normal stop for Ron, since the Bildas Freiss Lake Pub #07 always finishes up front.
